Business owners, employees and community residents are invited to attend the “Our Town” community update breakfast meeting on Thursday, March 9th from 7:30 to 9:00 AM at Unique Suites in Charleston. Speakers include: Charleston Mayor Brandon Combs, Mattoon Mayor Tim Gover (long o), Lynette Drake, interim associate vice president of student affairs at EIU, Dr. Josh Bullock, president of Lake Land College, and Angela Griffin, president and CEO of Coles Together. Tickets are $20 per person for Mattoon and Charleston Chamber members and $30 per person for non-members. A buffet breakfast is included.
