Illinois Lotto Lawsuit Moving To Federal Court
(Belleville, IL) — The lawsuit against the Illinois lottery for allegedly scamming players is headed to a federal court. A judge in St. Claire County yesterday moved the lawsuit out of his courtroom. Lotto players say the Illinois Lottery’s private manager ended a number of high-dollar scratch-off games before they awarded all of the major prizes.
