Nominations are being accepted for the Midge McDowell Lifetime Service Award. The award honors the former local director of Special Olympics Illinois and co-founder of the Special Olympics Family Festival. The winner will be recognized during the Area 9 Spring Games, on April 28th. Nominations are due by April 7th.
