Champaign, Vermilion, Douglas, Coles, Edgar, Cumberland, Clark, Effingham, Jasper, Crawford, Clay, Richland, and Lawrence counties
Overnight lows are expected to be near 35, which could impact unprotected sensitive outdoor vegetation
