The man accused of robbing the Greenup Dollar General on March 22nd chose to waive his preliminary hearing this week. 68-year-old David Croy, of Greenup, is facing three new charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, resisting or obstructing a police officer, and aggravated assault. Officials say these charges are in addition to the original charge of armed robbery.
