One man is dead following a two-vehicle accident south of Olney this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, a tractor-trailer driven by Larry Pitts was northbound on Route 130 and attempting to turn left onto 400N. A car driven by Richard Rosche was southbound on Route 130 when the vehicles collided. Rosche was pronounced dead at the scene by the Richland County Coroner. Pitts was ticketed for improper lane usage. The investigation continues.
