Commit to a healthy summer by joining our Passport to Fitness challenge that begins May 1. You have a choice among three passports (Illinois=beginner, U.S.=intermediate, International=advanced). Each passport contains 10 challenges ranging from submitting a food journal, staying hydrated, incorporating strength training in your routine, running/walking and more! The best part about this program is you can tailor it to your own fitness level and goals:
– You choose HOW MANY challenges you want to complete. Maybe you just want to focus on one or two or maybe you want to try to complete them all! You will be rewarded with a prize for each challenge you complete.
– You choose WHERE you complete your challenges. Take your passport with you to work, home or on vacation! Workouts do not have to take place at the Y.
– You choose WHEN your challenges are completed. There are no weekly minimums, no benchmarks, nothing. As long as it’s completed within the 8 week program, you can pace yourself any way you choose. If you need to take a week off, that’s your choice!
