Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. (ERBA) is taking applications for the CSBG School Supply Program, which provides required school supplies to eligible children attending kindergarten through 12th grade during the 2017-2018 school year. Those interested should call now for an appointment to apply. Applications will be taken beginning June 5, 2017.
This assistance is made possible with funding from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO), Community Services Block Grant Program (CSBG).
Applications will be taken on a first come, first served basis. At the time of application, each applicant will be required to provide proof of all family income for the past 90 days, photo id for applicant and a social security card for each family member.
