The Charleston City Council voted to move forward with a lawsuit against Global Fire Equipment regarding violation of terms of warranty. The suit, which already includes multiple other cities in Illinois, claims the company has not repaired or replaced rusted and corroded frames on three trucks purchased in the early 2000s.
