If Steven Seagal ever plays a pharmacist, I guarantee this scene is in the movie . . .
There’s been a string of robberies at pharmacies in Windsor, Canada, just across the border from Detroit. And a pharmacist named Sara Etemad-Rad was SICK of it.
So when a guy tried to rob her pharmacy last Monday, she took matters into her own hands . . . and beat him over the head with a POOL CUE.
A former manager used to keep it behind the counter in case anyone tried to rob the place. Sara says she’d joked about using it before, but never actually planned to.
But when the guy tried to jump over the counter to steal drugs, her instincts kicked in. So she grabbed the pool cue, started bashing him with it, and he ran off.
She says she let another robber get away about four years ago, and never forgave herself. So this time she decided to do something about it.
She says it probably wasn’t the smartest thing to do though.
