Eastern Illinois University Jumpstart is coming very soon! All incoming transfer and freshmen students take a day to work on their first community project at EIU. One of the projects will include making over 400 blankets for One Stop Community Christmas. To be ready for Jumpstart, EIU is looking for volunteers who will help cut the fleece so students can make blankets.
Volunteers are needed tomorrow (Wednesday, August 2) from 2pm to 4pm and/or Friday, August 4 from 9am to 11am. Feel free to bring your own scissors and your friends and family members to help too.
