If the cops cut you a break, don’t press your luck like this dummy.
21-year-old Daniel Czerpak threw a big house party in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania last Thursday. (About 40 miles southwest of Harrisburg.) And one of his neighbors called the police to complain about the noise.
So an officer showed up . . . told him to turn down the music . . . and decided to let him off with a warning.
But then while the cop was driving off, Daniel turned on the theme song from the TV show “Cops” and BLASTED it.
Apparently he was trying to be funny, but the cop was still close enough to hear it. So he turned around . . . went back to the house . . . and this time DID cite him for a noise violation.
No word on how much the fine is.
