A new study out of Amsterdam found that loving or hating working out has a LOT to do with your genetics. About 35% of your feelings toward exercising come from your genes.
What does that mean? Since it’s only 35%, if you’re genetically predisposed to hate exercise, you CAN work to overcome it . . . but you’ll spend your life fighting an uphill battle. (Daily Mail)
