Investigators in Decatur IL. say they still have some questions about the shooting death of a two-year-old boy. The Macon County coroner yesterday identified the little boy as Justin Murphy Jr. Police say he died Saturday morning after being shot in the chest. A 17-year-old is being held as a suspect in the case. But investigators are not saying how the little boy ended up getting shot, and neighbors are reportedly tight lipped as well.
