Illinois Included In Listeria Recall
(Chicago, IL) — If you shop at Meijer, Trader Joe’s, or Walmart you’ll want to check your fridge or pantry. Mann Packing of Salinas, California yesterday issued a recall for about 100 products, mostly produce, that may be tainted with listeria. The recall affects products sold at Walmart and Trader Joe’s with expiration dates from October 11th to October 20th. The products at Meijer have expiration dates between September 27th and October 20th. You can see a full list of products at the FDA’s website. Meijer is also pulling items from the shelves at stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin.
