Blue Madness returns to EIU’s Lantz Arena Monday (10/30) This free event will include trick-or-treating for kids, a costume parade, bounce houses, games, and a chance to shoot hoops with Panther basketball players. Doors will open at 6:15 pm with the trick-or-treating set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
