Free story time for 3 to 7 year-old kids is held every Saturday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the Ballenger Teachers Center at Booth Library on the EIU campus. And each weekend, it’s a new theme. This Saturday, the theme is Valentine’s Day. Programs will feature stories, crafts and activities. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
