(New York, NY) — The NFL’s salary cap for 2018 is increasing more than ten-million-dollars. Multiple sources says the cap will rise from 167-million to 177.2-million. That’s down from a 12-million-dollar jump the season before, but still the fifth straight year the salary cap has increased by at least ten-million-dollars. Meanwhile, the deadline for teams to franchise tag players is 4 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday.
