Healthy Kids Day returns to the Mattoon Area Family YMCA this Saturday (4/21) from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Healthy Kids Day features: activities, games, healthy snacks, arts and crafts, inflatables, and more to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home.
