Do you work out because you actually want to be healthy? Or are you just trying to offset all the other UNHEALTHY decisions you make?
A new survey found over a third of people work out specifically so they can overindulge and eat more JUNK food. The survey was done in England, so it’s not exactly clear how the results would translate in the U.S.
But they also asked what specific foods people work out for. And most of them are popular here too. Number one was chocolate, followed by cake and pizza. French fries, cookies, and BOOZE also made the top ten.
