Take your workout outside. June 21st is International Yoga Day, and the Mattoon Area Family YMCA will have certified instructors at local parks that day. Sunrise yoga will be offered from 5:30-6:15 a.m. at Heritage Park; Mid-day yoga from 12:05-12:50 at the yoga circle in Lytle Park; Family yoga at Heritage Park, from 4:00-5:00 p.m.; and Yoga for a Happy Summer Solstice, also at Heritage Park, from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Yoga mats will be provided. It’s free and open to all. Y membership is not required.
