The April showers are starting to bring those May Flowers, but you can’t plant too soon! According to WTHI online say that it’s not advised to start planting until Mid-April. If you plant too soon it can ruin any chances of your seeds growing. The soil needs to have plenty of warmth and moisture for the plants to sprout or they just sit in the ground and could cause rot and disease. If you can’t wait for the weather you can check and plant seeds that don’t mind the cold as much like broccoli, or brussel sprouts. If plants are growing already, but the temps drop don’t put plastic cover over them, because the plastic will amplify the cold more. So make sure the conditions and soil are ready to bloom whatever you choose plant this Spring.
