When you’re young, you think you’re invincible . . . because you sort of are. A kid falls off a jungle gym? Get a cool cast and bounce back at 100% a few months later.
But when does all of that change?
A new survey asked people when they stopped thinking they were invincible, and the average answer is . . . 35.
But just because you realize you’re not going to live forever doesn’t mean you start thinking about your long-term health.
Only 45% of people under 55 say they’re actively doing things to make sure they’re healthy once they’re older.
