“Travel and Leisure” magazine just released a list of the best cities in the world, and Charleston, South Carolina came in NUMBER ONE.
The list is based on a survey about a city’s sights and landmarks, culture, food, friendliness, shopping, and value. That whole “value” thing really knocks out a lot of the biggest cities, which you’ll see from the rest of the top 10 . . .
