A woman named Joanna Griffiths was at a Dunkin Donuts two weeks ago in Belmont, New Hampshire, and a guy named Kyle Bigler took her order.
Then later that day, she saw him walking down the side of the road. And it turned out he was heading to his OTHER full-time job at a gas station. It was over eight miles away, but he didn’t have a car.
He told her he does it all the time. He works 20-hour shifts a couple times a week . . . makes minimum wage at both jobs . . . and has to walk a total of 16 miles a day.
So she went back to Dunkin Donuts last week to take a picture of him, and said she was gonna make him go viral. He thought she was joking, but over 20,000 people shared the photo on Facebook.
Then the sales manager at a nearby car dealership heard about it . . . and ended up giving him a free CAR. It’s a 2005 Honda Accord that looks like it’s in pretty good shape . . . Joanna posted a photo of him sitting in it at the dealership.
And she says a bunch of people have also gotten in touch to offer him a better JOB, so he won’t have to work 80-plus hours a week at minimum wage anymore. (NH1 / Journal-News)
