According to a new study, people who type with one or two fingers aren’t much slower than people who type the normal way. They only typed about eight fewer words per minute in tests.
But there’s one catch. If the people who type with two fingers couldn’t look at the keyboard, their performance seriously suffered . . . but the people who touch type can keep up their speed without looking.
