Jay Z To Be First Rapper Inducted Into Songwriters Hall Of Fame
(Undated) — Jay Z is making history once again. On Wednesday, it was announced that Jay will be inducted in the Songwriters Hall of Fame, making him the first rapper to be honored. The Hall called Jay Z an “accomplished lyricist” recognized for his “remarkable wordplay.” Other artists announced as 2017 inductees include Babyface, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and Max Martin.
