ALEX PALL of the CHAINSMOKERS posted a heartbreaking story about a fan who died of cancer. The band got an email asking them to send a video to the guy to lift his spirits, because he was too sick to attend a show he was planning on hitting.
Well, the man did get the video, but he died the next day. Alex said, quote, “His dad thanked us for the message and I cried. Not only does this break our heart, but it reminds us of two valuable lessons.
“It’s so easy to do little acts of kindness, they can go such a long way . . . So today just think about how much better it is to go that little bit extra and do something positive.
“And two, life is fragile and spontaneous, so cherish those around you, never leave things on a bad note, and really value each minute you have with the ones you love.”
