An Effingham man reached a plea agreement in Coles County court which includes five years in prison and 30 months of probation for multiple instances of public indecency. The incidents happened last year, at or near the Cross County Mall. A public indecency charge is Effingham County was dismissed as part of the plea agreement. Easton Shue will have to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.
