31% of Americans are planning to prank at least one person this year. And the person we’re most likely to prank is someone we’re related to.
44% will prank a family member . . . 39% will prank a friend . . . 26% will pull a prank on their significant other . . . 17% will prank a coworker . . . and 7% are planning to prank their BOSS. Which might be a little risky.
The most likely target for men is a friend. The most likely target for women is a family member.
Also, 47% of us will spend money on a prank this year, including 53% of men and 38% of women.
34% will spend less than $25 . . . 7% will spend between $25 and $50 . . . 2% will spend between $50 and $100 . . . and 4% are planning to spend more than that. The other 53% are doing stuff that won’t cost them anything.
