The City of Villa Grove is under an emergency curfew through Monday morning. Officials say between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., only residents going to or from work, or for emergency situations will be allowed access to and from the city. Also, residents are asked to avoid walking or driving through any roadway covered by water regardless of curfew time, or they’ll face a minimum $100 fine.
