“Designs of Duty” will be in the spotlight at an upcoming exhibit at EIU’s Booth Library. Organizers are looking for veterans with service-related tattoos to be part of the exhibit. They’ll conduct a brief interview, and photograph the tattoos. The exhibit will be on display at the library next spring, and then will be offered for display at other area libraries.
