Two men from northeastern Illinois will answer to charges of hate crime and aggravated battery following at attack earlier this month at McHugh’s in Charleston. Jacob Nicely and Steven Page are scheduled to make their first court appearance tomorrow. The aggravated battery charges could result in a two- to five-year prison sentence, and one- t0 three-years for the hate crime.
