(Ottawa, ON) — Canada’s Prime Minister says he’s “concerned and outraged” by a terrorist attack in Edmonton, Alberta. In a statement, Justin Trudeau says Canadians are standing with those who were injured in the attack that started last night when a driver barreled through a traffic control barricade in a U-Haul truck and stabbed an officer. Trudeau thanked the first responders who helped the injured and authorities who caught the suspect. The crash left at least four people injured. Trudeau says his country will not have violent extremism divide the nation to promote fear and confident that those in Edmonton will support each other through this tragedy.
