“Travel & Leisure” just released its annual list of America’s favorite cities. Each year, they poll people who’ve actually LIVED in each spot, not just visited. So they’re all good places to go on vacation OR settle down.
The big winners this year are Norfolk, Virginia . . . New Orleans . . . and Buffalo, New York. They made the top three overall, and also placed high in a few other categories.
