According to WAND TV Online, the Illinois State Police are hosting a logo design contest for someone to commemorate them celebrating their 100th anniversary. The logo needs to commemorate it’s 100 years in service and the designs are due by March 1st 2018. They won’t actually celebrate until 2022, but are wanting the logo featured on everything. From commemorative stars, pamphlets, car decals, and also featured on websites. The logo design that wins the artist will receive $500, the second runner up will receive $300, and the 3rd place design $100. Online submissions you can do on the Illinois State Police website and any paintings or drawings on canvas can be submitted to the state police public information office in Springfield.
