The University of Illinois Extension will present “Nutrition on a Budget,” November 15th and 29th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army in Mattoon. Classes will focus on shopping and meal prep, along with recipes, tips and techniques. There is no charge to attend.
