Two Flora men face theft charges in Clay County. Authorities say 37-year-old Andrew Staley and 36-year-old Ryan Staton are accused of stealing electrical ground wires from poles near Clay City. During one of the incidents, the wire came into contact with a transmission wire, resulting in a power outage to approximately 1,600 customers.
