New Year Cheer comes to Douglas-Hart Nature Center in Mattoon December 29th from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Kids 5- to 7-years-old will have a chance to decorate party hats, noise makers and play games as they get ready to ring in the new year. Registration is required.
