According to a phone call (to us) from the Mattoon Police Department, at 9:35am, Wednesday, December 27, they have located Carmon D. Edwards car near 21st and Richmond this morning. They believe Edwards is on foot somewhere in Mattoon.
Edwards is from Bloomington, IL, her family last saw her about 11am on Christmas Day. MPD is asking you to be on the lookout for Edwards. It has been reported that she may be suffering from ‘cognitive decline’.
