Illinois State Police troopers are on scene of multiple crashes on I-72 eastbound at milepost 172 and I-74 eastbound and westbound between Lincoln Avenue and Neil Street. At least 10 vehicles involved in separate crashes on the I-74 area.
Lanes blocked at both locations. Use caution as bridges are freezing and roads are icy.
