* VISIBILITY…Widespread visibilities around 1/4 mile or less will occur through late morning, north of I-70. In areas south of I-70, dense fog is expected to develop by sunrise, then linger much of the morning.
* IMPACTS…Slow travel will be needed due to low visibility. Scattered slick spots also possible, especially on bridges and overpasses, due to temperatures being near or below freezing.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
