The Mattoon YMCA is kicking off their Survivor Challenge in the new year. This 12-week program is designed to help members age 14+ create good exercise habits. Each week participants have a goal of a certain number of hours of exercise, increasing each week. Registration is required, so stop by the Y front desk, register online at mattoonymca.org or call them at 234-9494.
