The 34th annual “Cheers” cocktail party and dance comes to the Thelma Keller Convention Center in Effingham March 3rd. Social hour will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by dancing and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Cost is $75.00 per person, with proceeds supporting healthcare scholarships for area students.
