J. COLE sold 397,000 copies of his new album “KOD” during its first week out . . . and that was enough to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200. It’s his fifth consecutive #1 album.
Rap is a big seller these days, but this is the biggest sales week for a rap album since Kendrick Lamar’s“Damn” opened at #1, after selling 603,000 copies last May. Here’s this week’s Top 10 albums:
