Illinois and Indiana Included In Kroger Ground Beef Recall
(Springfield, IL) — If you bought ground beef from Kroger, you will want to check your refrigerator. Illinois is among the states included in a large beef recall from the store. The USDA says a North Carolina-based beef processor recalled over 17 tons of beef because of fears of plastic bits in the meat. Kroger stores in North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, and eastern West Virginia are included in the recall.
