Illinois State Police (ISP) made an arrest on I-74 earlier Friday. Kevin L. Casey, 53, of Janesville, WI was arrested for Aggravated Battery to a child, Aggravated Battery on a Public Way, and Criminal Damage to Property. The arrest came after an ISP investigation concerning criminal damage to vehicle reports that have occurred on I-74 in Champaign/Vermilion counties. These incidents are also believed to have occurred in numerous states east of Illinois along I-74 and the other associated interstates. There will be a press conference held on Monday Morning, June 4th, at 10:00a.m. at the ISP District 10 HQ in Pesotum, Illinois.
