ERBA Head Start is a free preschool program for children ages 3 & 4. it is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten. They are taking applications for families living in the Charleston and Mattoon area on Monday, June 18 at the Coles County ERBA Outreach Office (825 18th Street) in Charleston, from 9:30am-noon and 1pm-3pm.
