A family 5k & wellness expo for Meals on Wheels will be held June 30th at Community Park in Effingham. The run and walk, which is open to all ages, will start at 9:00 a.m. at the Rotary Pavilion. Cost is $20, which will be donated to Meals on Wheels. They’ll have refreshments, face-painting, ice cream, snow cones, and a chance to win Cardinals’ tickets. The wellness expo from 8:30-11:30 will feature free screenings and massages.
