Pre-sale for discounted armbands for the Bagelfest carnival is underway. You can reserve them for $17.00 at 258-6286, or buy in person at the Mattoon Tourism Office at the depot. Armband night will be July 18th from 6:00-10:00, plus, two armband days, July 20th from 1:00-5:00 and July 21st from noon to 4:00. Armbands will be three-dollars more during Bagelfest. The pre sale will end on Wednesday, July 17 at Noon.
